Dr Shikha Rana, Associate Professor at Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU), India, has 15+ years of academic experience. She has published in reputed Scopus/WoS-indexed journals (Emerald, Wiley, IGI Global), edited two scholarly books, one of which is Scopus-indexed, and serves as a reviewer for leading ABDC-listed journals, contributing significantly to research in human resource management and allied domains.

Prof Prashant Singh Kutaula is a Professor of Practice at GEHU’s School of Management. An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and BSc (Hons) from Delhi University, India, he is currently pursuing his PhD at GEHU. He specializes in Tourism, B2B, and Digital Marketing and has published several case studies and presented papers in international conferences.

Dr Vishal Sagar is Professor and Head at GEHU’s School of Management, holding a PhD (Commerce) from Central University Hemvati Nandan Bahugun (HNB) Garhwal, India. A gold medalist in Economics, he has authored ISBN books on corporate governance, published numerous journal articles and chapters, and supervises PhD, postgraduate, and undergraduate research in finance and management.
