Dr (Chef) P. R. Sandilyan is a Hospitality and Tourism professional with over 29 years of experience across industry and academia. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata and EHL-certified facilitator, he has held key leadership roles in top institutions in India and abroad, contributing through teaching, research, and consultancy. He is the chief editor of three international journals and holds 2 patents and over 30 research publications in leading journals.

Dr Sumant Sharma is Vice Principal and Associate Professor at CT Institute of Management and IT, Maqsudan, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. He holds a PhD in Hotel Management.
