With the changes in people’s lifestyles during the epidemic, new changes have taken place in sports functions and training methods. In the post-epidemic period, people generally have a deeper understanding of sports. Xin Li is a graduate supervisor at the School of Physical Education, Liaoning Normal University, China, currently working at the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, China. She is the founder of the Okas Sports Club, a national senior rehabilitation therapist, a member of the Liaoning Provincial High Level Sports Expert Team, a philosophy and social science expert in Liaoning Province, and a member of the Chinese Ministry of Education’s Sports Professional Expert Database. Since entering the industry, she has served as a physical rehabilitation trainer and coach for FIFA, the Chinese National Marathon Team, the Chinese National Men’s Football Team, among others.

Xiu Yu holds a Master’s degree from the University of Leicester in the UK, and worked successively at American International Schools, Nord Anglia Education Group in the UK, and Education Centre in the UK. She is proficient in comparative research of Eastern and Western education, with years of theoretical and practical experience in translating Chinese and English, possessing a strong global perspective. In scientific research projects, she is able to make accurate judgments and predictions from the perspectives of market transformation, civilian transformation, cultural differences between the East and the West, and practicality.
