Dr Kannan Paulraj is a Professor and Head of the MBA Program at P. S. R. Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. He has a doctorate in Management Sciences from Anna University, Chennai, India, and an MBA in Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, India. His research interests include service quality, waste management, consumer satisfaction and behavior. He has published a book on Quality Management. He has acted as a resource person in various conferences and seminars. He is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and has trained more than 5000 students and 200 faculty members.

Dr G. Venkateshwaran is a distinguished academician with a strong foundation in Accounting & Finance and Human Resource Management. With over 12 years of teaching experience, he has held faculty positions in reputed institutions across India and abroad. He earned his PhD from Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS), Chennai, specializing in occupational stress and its impact on organizational performance in the IT industry. His academic journey includes postgraduate degrees in Commerce (MCom), an MPhil, and a Business Administration (MBA), complemented by an impressive research and publication record.
