Shunli Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Academic Dean, Academic Leader of the National Electrical Safety and Quality Testing Center, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Senior Overseas Study Talent of Sichuan Province, China, and Academic and Technical Leader of China Science and Technology City.

Professor Carlos Fernandez is a Senior Lecturer at Robert Gordon University, Scotland. He received his PhD in Electrocatalytic Reactions from The University of Hull, UK and then worked as a Consultant Technologist in Hull and in a post-doctoral position in Manchester, UK.

Liangwei Cheng holds a PhD from Inner Mongolia University of Technology, China. His research direction is new energy measurement and control, and he has been engaged in modeling and state estimation strategy research for lithium-ion batteries.

Guangchen Liu is Professor at Inner Mongolia University of Technology. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research work in the fields of new energy generation and energy storage, power electronics and power transmission.

Josep M. Guerrero is a full Professor with AAU Energy, Aalborg University (AU), Denmark. He is the Director of the Center for Research on Microgrids (CROM).
