Md Zohurul Islam is now working as a Member Directing Staff at the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre, Bangladesh. He completed his PhD at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, with a specialization in International Human Resources Management. His academic expertise and interest broadly fall into the fields of management, public administration, leadership, organizational behavior, industrial relations, business and management research, and HRM.

Parimal Kumar Roy is now serving as Deputy Director at the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre, Bangladesh. He completed his PhD with an “Award of Excellence” from the Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, focusing on an indigenous community. His academic areas are Indigeneity, Decolonization, SDGs, and Climate Justice, with a focus on amplifying the voices of marginalized and minority communities in the drive for Sustainable Community Development.

Md Moshiur Rahman is now serving as Deputy Director at the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre, Bangladesh. He completed his PhD in Waste Management from an environmental perspective, and he is an academician with educational, research, and training expertise in environmental science, geography, disaster management, waste management, and Environmental Impact Assessment.

Salahuddin M Aminuzzaman is a Professor of Public Administration at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and is currently serving as Advisor at the South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance in a private university in Bangladesh. His areas of academic research broadly cover public policy and governance, and development administration.
